On July 30, Jagdish V Prabhu and Aditi P Parulekar purchased a five bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 4154 Kingshill Circle, Aurora from Gerald Willis for $555,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $13,481, 2.43% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Jan. 8, 2001 for $400,000.

So far in July 2021, 126 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Gerald C. Willis has been registered to vote since 1997 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 4154 Kingshill Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Megan P. Willis, 53, Gerald C. Willis, 53, and Sean Willis, 26.
