A. Consent Item -- Knight E/A, Inc. 2837-0001 SERV – Contract Extension to November 30, 2022, to provide on-call Professional Architectural and Engineering Services, to complete design and bid documents for the JTK Administration Building and as needed. No change to contract total.

B. Consent Item -- Knight E/A, Inc. 3599-0001 SERV - Contract Extension to November 30, 2022, to provide on-call Professional Architectural and Engineering Services, to complete design, cost estimate and bid documents for projects at Animal Services, the Care Center, Jail and as needed. No change to contract total.

C. Consent Item -- Golf Acquisition Group, LLC dba Golf Construction – Contract Extension to November 30, 2021, is necessary to complete the priority repairs at the 479 & 509 Parking Structures, no change to contract total.

D. Consent Item -- Integral Construction, Inc. - Time extension only. No change in contract total.

8. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT

A. DT-P-0335-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Huff & Huff, Inc., for Professional Environmental Screening Services, upon request of the Division of Transportation, Public Works and Facilities Management Section 21-ENVMT-07-EG, for a contract total not to exceed $250,000; Professional Services (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors) vetted through a qualification based selection process in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et. Seq

A. PW-P-0338-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to J. Congdon Sewer Services, Inc., for a watermain extension in the Timberlake Subdivision, for Public Works, for the period August 24, 2021 through June 1, 2022, for a total contract amount not to exceed $805,009.63, per lowest responsible bid #21-053-PW.

10. ACTION ITEMS

A. FM-P-0332-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Wheaton Sanitary District, for sanitary sewer utility services, for the County campus, for Facilities Management, for the four-year period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2025, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,850,000. Per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 “Competitive Bids” (c) Not suitable for competitive bids – Public Utility. (Facilities Management portion is $1,460,000 and the DuPage Care Center’s portion is $390,000).

B. 2021-72 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Village of Winfield, for sanitary sewer utility services for Building #2, Standby Power Facility and the Children’s Advocacy Neutral Exchange Center, for Facilities Management, for the four-year period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2025, for a total contract amount not to exceed $24,000. Per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 “Competitive Bids” (c) Not suitable for competitive bids – Public Utility.

C. FM-P-0331-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to City of Wheaton, for water utility services for the County campus, for Facilities Management, for the four-year period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2025, for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,870,000. Per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 “Competitive Bids” (c) Not suitable for competitive bids – Public Utility (Facilities Management portion is $2,319,000 and the DuPage Care Center’s portion is $551,000).

D. FM-P-0339-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to ComEd, for electric utility services for the non-connected County facilities, for Facilities Management, for the four-year period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2025, for a total contract amount not to exceed $50,000. Per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 “Competitive Bids” (c) Not suitable for competitive bids – Public Utility.

11. INFORMATIONAL

A. FI-R-0393-21 RESOLUTION -- Acceptance of the DuPage County Community Development Commission Agreement No. CD21-06 with the DuPage Care Center for the South Wing window replacement and installation of a third water heater in the amount of $800,000, Grant funded. (Community Services)
