a) Pursuant to Section 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) of the Open Meetings Act for discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under this Act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes as mandated by section 2.06.
b) Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act for the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of a specific employee, one-on-one interviews.
7) Matters to be referred from Executive Session (if any)
a) Action on approval and/or release of minutes which were reviewed subject to a semiannual review of minutes on July 15, 2021.
b) Action on the certification of candidates subject to one-on-one interviews on July 15, 2021.
