A. 2021-63 Recommendation to enter into an Agreement with Civil and Environmental Consultants, for Professional Land Surveying Services, for Stormwater Management. This contract covers the period July 6, 2021 through November 30, 2022, for a contract total amount not to exceed $25,000. Professional Services in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/ et. seq. Vetted Through a qualification based selection process (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors).
B. SM-R-0328-21 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for the approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and the Addison Township Highway Department for the Schick Road Drainage Improvements Project.
C. SM-R-0329-21 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for the approval to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and the Village of Westmont for the 61st Street and Cumnor Road Basin Retrofit Water Quality Improvement Project, for an agreement not to exceed $134,211.55.
D. Action Item -- Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. Change Order #1 - Time Extension to August 31, 2022 for the Klein Creek Floodplain Mapping Contract, no increase to contract total dollar amount.
