The four bedroom, three bathroom home at 1464 Saddleridge Place, Bartlett was sold on June 9, 2021 by Jerome W. Piaskowy for $450,000. The buyers were Aaron and Lauren McDonald.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $11,734.10, 2.61% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 1, 1999 for $345,216.

This property is one of five sales in Bartlett in June 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jerome W. Piaskowy has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five for Republicans.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1464 Saddleridge Place, Bartlett as of Oct. 10, 2020: Madelyn Piaskony, Rebecca H. Furmanski, 50, and Jerome W. Piaskowy, 52.
