I. Change Order -- HHS-P-0083A-20 - Amendment to Resolution HHS-P-0083-20, issued to Ecolab, Inc., for laundry chemicals, for the DuPage Care Center, for the period April 24, 2020 through April 23, 2021, to add items to the bid that were discontinued and to increase in the amount of $3,000.00, resulting in an amended contract total amount not to exceed $32,000.00, a 10.34% increase.
