A. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 53090 (other professional services) to account nos. 52230 (linens & bedding) and 52280 (cleaning supplies) in the amount of $23,000 to cover incoming invoices and future orders from various vendors for the purchases of hair and body shampoo, car wash soap, laundry detergent, sheets & towels and other unforeseen cleaning and linen supplies for the remainder of FY21. B. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 53380 (repair & mtce auto equipment) to account no. 53370 (repair & mtce other equipment) in the amount of $35,000 to cover incoming invoices for monthly maintenance fees and maintenance on all Sheriff's vehicles. (Sheriff's Office)
C. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 5900-50000 (regular salaries) to account no. 5910-50000 (regular salaries) in the amount of $7,500. A. Change Order -- Amendment to Resolution JPS-P-0341-19, (purchase order #4281-0001- SERV), issued to Cellco Partnership DBA Verizon Wireless, to provide cell phone usage for the department of Probation and Court Services, to increase the funding in the amount of $30,000, resulting in an amended contract total amount of $81,000, an increase of 58.82%.
