The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,447.40, 2.38% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 19, 2007 for $177,000.

In April 2021, 82 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 3377 Ravinia Circle, Aurora as of Oct. 10, 2020: Barbara Null Roberts, Barbara M Ryan, 62, and Daniel Engling.
