This contract covers the period through April 30, 2022, for a contract total not to exceed $75,000.00. Professional Services (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors) vetted through a qualification based selection process in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et. seq.
J. SM-P-0102-21 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Runnion Equipment Company, for crane truck repairs, as needed for the Stormwater Management Department, for the period May 4, 2021 through November 30, 2021, for a contract total not to exceed $52,634.51; Per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(c) “not suitable to competitive bids” (Direct replacement of compatible equipment parts).
