On March 25, 2021, Pradip and Sandhya Shah purchased a property at 208 Troy Lane, Lombard from Theodore Joseph McJoynt for $226,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,698.14, 2.08% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold on Dec. 17, 2015 for $190,000.

In March 2021, 86 properties sold in Lombard.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Theodore J. McJoynt has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one for Republicans.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 208 Troy Lane, Lombard as of Oct. 10, 2020: Theodore J. McJoynt, 35, Angela McJoynt, 32, and Jessica M. Krol, 26.
