City of Wood Dale issued the following announcement on Apr 21.
The Wood Dale Park District is partnering with Positive Health Services in association with the DuPage Health Department to offer Wood Dale residents ages 18+ a Moderna COVID-19 vaccination opportunity on April 29 at The Woodlands (111 S. Wood Dale Road).
Preregistration is required for all participants, with appointments available from 8:30 am-2 pm. The second dose will be scheduled for Thursday, May 27.
