I. Consideration of a Motion to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Contract for the 2021 Street Maintenance Project Between the City of Darien and Brothers Asphalt Paving, Inc. Following Schedule of Pricing: Base Bid - $1,218,851.55; Alternate 1 - Patching - $ 89,100.00; Alternate 2 – Aggregate Shoulders - $24,000.00; Alternate 3 - 67th Street Realignment Project - $96,818.75 for a Total of $1,428,770.30

J. Consideration of a Motion to Approve the Recommendation to Release Executive Session Minutes that no Longer Require Confidentiality
