Action Item -- Recommendation for Approval of a Third Modification to a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Agreement with the DuPage County Department of Community Services – Single Family Rehabilitation Program - Project Number CD19-21, Increasing the Award Amount by $150,000.00 for a Total of $419,385.00 and Extending the Project Completion Date through September 30, 2021.
