Aurora (Will County) home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Aurora in Will County rose by $13,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 17 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $272,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Aurora in November 2019, as well.
