The State of Illinois is sponsoring community drive-thru test sites in DuPage County. West Chicago Elementary School District 33, the City of West Chicago, the Illinois Department of Public Health and DuPage County Health Department are partnering to host two FREE COVID-19 mobile testing units.
Two dates have been scheduled in West Chicago, Saturday December 5, 2020 and Thursday, December 10, 2020, both from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (or until tests are exhausted) at Leman Middle School, 238 E. Hazel Street.
Testing sites are open to anyone wishing to have a test regardless of symptoms and free of charge. Limited tests are available each day. The sites will close when capacity is reached.
- Simple nasal swabs will be used.
- Results will be available within 4-7 days.
- Bring your insurance card, but you can still be tested if you don’t have insurance.
DuPage County Complex, County Farm Road, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. until daily test capacity is reached. The testing is free.
Odeum Expo Center, 1033 N Villa Ave, Villa Park, IL 60181, Sunday through Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The site will provide up to 600 tests per day. Visitors are encouraged to pre-register at testdirectly.com.
Note: Testing sites may close due to weather conditions.
