Member Tornatore questioned the reason for choosing Office Depot and these specific temperature cameras. Sheriff's Department Commander Mark Boggs elaborated on the functionality of the cameras and related that Office Depot was one of only two vendors in the United States that carried these cameras. Member Krajewski inquired on alternative camera options. Member Zay asked about the presence of temperature cameras at the 421 building, and suggested using CARES Act Funds to purchase them. Chief Administrative Officer Nick Kottmeyer related the County's first priority was on providing the cameras at the Care Center, courthouse, and jail, adding that they were looking into finding the right brand for the 421 building.
