Amendment -- DT-R-0337B-20 – Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0337A-20, issued to Martam Construction, for culvert replacement at CH 20/Grand Avenue over Addison Creek, Section 19-00272-04-DR, to increase the funding in the amount of $75,000, resulting in an amended contract total amount of $1,067,922.20; an increase of 7.55%.

D. Amendment -- DT-R-0338A-20 – Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0338-20, issued to Schroeder Asphalt Services, Inc., for the Lisle Township 2020 Road Maintenance Program, Section 20-04000-01-GM. (Accounting Adjustment)

E. Amendment -- DT-R-0072A-20 – Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0072-20, issued to Thorne Electric, Inc., for traffic signal installation at the intersection of CH 38/63rd Street at Springside Avenue, Section 19-00288-03-TL, to increase the funding in the amount of $15,000; resulting in an amended contract total amount of $316,849.48; an increase of 4.97%.

F. Amendment -- DT-R-0073A-20 – Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0073-20, issued to Thorne Electric, Inc., for traffic signal modernization at the intersection of CH 33/75th Street and Clarendon Hills Road, Section 19-00233-08-TL, to increase the funding in the amount of $20,000; resulting in an amended contract total amount of $412,448.58; an increase of 5.10%.

10. AMENDING ORDINANCES

A. DT-O-0108-20 ORDINANCE -- Ordinance amending Chapter 33, Section 33-110 of the DuPage County Code of Ordinances to amend the County Motor Fuel Tax Ordinance.
