Roselle (Cook County) home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Roselle in Cook County fell by $52,250 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 19.6% decrease over the $267,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Roselle in September 2019.
