DC-O-0071-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-051 – Maru Real Estate, LLC.: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Variation to reduce the side setback from 20 feet to approximately 8 feet for a new addition to be flush with the existing building, which currently exists with a reduced setback from East property line. (Bloomingdale/ District 6) (Generally located southeast of the St. Charles Road and Kuhn Road) ZHO Recommendation to Approve
B. DC-O-0072-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-057 –Terpstra: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Variation to reduce the front yard setback from 27’ to approximately 24’ for a new open porch. (Milton/ District 4) (Generally located northwest of Geneva Road and Purnell Street) ZHO Recommendation to Approve
C. DC-O-0073-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-060 – Jackson: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: 1. Conditional Use to allow an existing patio to remain less than 3 feet from rear property line (approx. 1.7 feet), where it has existed for at least 5 years. 2. Conditional Use to allow an existing shed to remain less than 3 feet from interior side property line (approx. 1.4 feet), where it has existed for at least 5 years.(Downers Grove/ District 3) (Generally located northwest of Cass Avenue and Holly Avenue) ZHO Recommendation to Approve
D. DC-O-0074-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-061 – Kwilosz: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Variation to reduce the front yard setback for a new front porch from 27 feet to approximately 12.5 feet. (Milton/ District 4) (Generally located northeast of Harrison Avenue and Page Street, on the north side of Harrison Avenue) ZHO Recommendation to Approve
E. DC-O-0075-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-064 – McFaul: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Variation to allow a 6'6" tall/100% closed fence within the 10' corner yard setback. F.
