Village of Westmont Board of Fire and Police Commissioners met September 15.
Here is the agenda as provided by the board:
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
4. CORRESPONDENCE
● Review of all correspondence not related to a specific agenda item below which was received since the previous meeting.
5. CHIEF’S FORUM
● The opportunity for the Police Chief and Fire Chief and/or Deputy Chiefs or their designated representatives to update the Board of Fire and Police was Commissioners on the status and/or issues of the PD and FD.
6. ONGOING BUSINESS
● Review of status of entry-level Probationary Police Candidates testing, selection and hiring process with Representative 0f I/O Solutions.
● Review and deliberation of available entry-level Probationary Police Candidate’s polygraph examinations
● Continue with time-table plans for the upcoming Sergeant Promotion Eligibility List preparation and selection process with Representative of I/O Solutions.
7. NEW BUSINESS
● Authorization of any outstanding invoices related to the hiring or promotion process.
8. ADJOURNMENT
Note: The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners may enter executive session for the discussion of personnel and legal matters as needed, however all board votes are conducted in open session.
