A. Budget Transfers -- Approval of Transfer of Funds - $82,229 from 1600-3000-53830 (Other Contractual Expenses) to 1600-3000-53806 (Software Licenses) $82,229. This transfer is to cover the cost of Accela Permitting software remote permit submittals to minimize in-person contacts. The FY20 Budget approved in May 2019 included $82,000, however since the time that budget was developed Stormwater was able to negotiate a 3- yr deal, based on prepayment for $163,303. This has a higher cost up front but will save the County nearly $85,000 over a 3-year period.
