PW-P-0230-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract , for to Polydyne, Inc., to  supply polymer for the Woodridge and Knollwood Wastewater Treatment Facilities, for  Public Works, for the period November 1, 2020 through October 31, 2021, for a contract  total amount not to exceed $174,452.85, per renewal option under bid award #19-077-PW, first of three possible renewals

SM-R-0481-20 RESOLUTION -- Action Requested: Consent by the County of DuPage,  as the Community Representative for the West Chicago Environmental Response Trust,  to directly pay a participating public agency for replacement plantings associated with  Reach 8 of the McDowell Grove West Branch Restoration Project

B. SM-R-0482-20 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for Acceptance of a Temporary  Construction Easement -Zouras-$1.00. This Easement is Part of the Kearney Road Dam  Outlet Pipe Rehabilitation Project located in the Wards Creek Watershed

C. SM-R-0483-20 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for Acceptance of a Temporary  Construction Easement -Cantu/Letsos-$1.00. This Easement is Part of the Country Club  Highlands Drainage Improvement Project located in the Addison Creek Watershed

D. SM-P-0229-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract issued to Stanley  Consultants, Inc., for Professional Engineering Services, for Stormwater Management.  This contract covers the period through November 30, 2021, for a contract total not to  exceed $164,000.00. Professional Services (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors)  vetted through a qualification based selection process in compliance with the Illinois  Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et. seq.

15. TECHNOLOGY - HART

A. TE-P-0235-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to CDW  Government, Inc., for the purchase and installation of upgrades to the current Citrix  environment for DuPage County in order to allow more employees to be able to remotely  access county equipment due to COVID, for the period of three years upon receipt of the  purchase order, for Information Technology, for a total contract amount of $277,502.05,  per Cooperative Purchasing Agreement Pricing, in compliance with 30 ILCS 525/2  "Governmental Joint Purchasing Act" - National IPA/TCPM #2018011-01. (COVID  Item)

B. TE-P-0236-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to CDW  Government, Inc., for the purchase of small and large value technology equipment,  including battery backups, monitors, large format touchscreen monitors, laptops, and  scanners, to aid departments with remote work capabilities due to COVID, for  Information Technology, for a contract total amount of $108,178.08, per Cooperative  Purchasing Agreement Pricing, in compliance with 30 ILCS 525/2 "Governmental Joint  Purchasing Act" - National IPA/TCPM #2018011-01. Pricing was also obtained from  SHI International using the National Joint Powers Alliance / Sourcewell Contract and  Insight using the Omni Partners contract. CDW-G was the lowest cost. A. DT-R-0464-20 RESOLUTION -- Reimbursement Agreement between the County of  DuPage and Union Pacific Railroad for improvements to CH 27/High Lake Road at  Sunset Avenue, Section 09-00122-03-TL

B. Amendment -- DT-R-0046A-20 – Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0046-20, Local  Public Agency Agreement for Federal Participation between the County of DuPage and  Illinois Department of Transportation for improvements along CH 34/31st Street, from  Meyers Road to York Road, Section 14-00259-05-CH, to increase the County cost share  in the amount of $129,063.70, resulting in an amended estimated County cost of  $3,850,028.70.

C. DT-P-0232-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Valk Manufacturing  Company, to furnish and deliver curb shoes and plow blades, as needed for the Division  of Transportation, for the period December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2021, for a  contract total not to exceed $33,395.25; Per lowest responsible bid 20-094-DOT.

D. DT-P-0233-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Knight E/A, Inc., for  Professional Preliminary Phase I Engineering Services for improvements along CH  21/Fabyan Parkway, from Illinois Route 38 to County Line Road, Section 08-00210-03- FP, for a contract total not to exceed $338,862.55; Professional Services (Architects,  Engineers and Land Surveyors) vetted through a qualification based selection process in  compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50  ILCS 510/et. seq.
