A. RES-2020-74 Sidewalk Easement Agreement - 6500 Route 53 A Resolution Authorizing the Approval of a Sidewalk Easement Agreement for 6500 Route 53
Approval of this Resolution would grant a sidewalk easement to the Village from the parcel owner, allowing for construction of new sidewalk in the easement area as a part of the grant project installing sidewalk from Mulligan Drive to Hobson Road on the west side of IL Route 53.
B. RES-2020-75 Sidewalk Easement Agreement - 6550 Route 53 A Resolution Authorizing the Approval of a Sidewalk Easement Agreement for 6550 Route 53
Approval of this Resolution would grant a sidewalk easement to the Village from the parcel owner, allowing for construction of new sidewalk in the easement area as a part of the grant project installing sidewalk from Mulligan Drive to Hobson Road on the west side of IL Route 53.
C. ORD-2020-27 An Ordinance Amending the Village Code of the Village of Woodridge-Title3, Chapter 3-Liquor Control-Removing a Class A-1 License Approval of the ordinance reduces the number of available Class A-1 liquor licenses to seventeen.

Approval of the ordinance reduces the number of available Class A-3 liquor licenses to four (4).

This ordinance approves disposal of Village property declared surplus.
F. RES-2020-78 A Resolution Extending the March 17, 2020 Emergency
Proclamation through October 16, 2020
This extends the Proclamation of Emergency issued by Mayor Cunningham through October 16, 2020. The Emergency Proclamation establishes the legal authority for prompt resource mobilization, and establishes the processes required for any possible federal or state disaster relief funds for our community.

A. RES-2020-76 Resolution Awarding BID 2020-06 - Water System Insertion Valves and Installation, to Airy's Inc., Tinley Park IL, in the Amount of $142,673.00.
This resolution awards Bid 2020-06, Water System Insertion Valves and Installation, to Airy’s Inc., Tinley Park IL, in the amount of $142,673.00 for the purchase and installation of sixteen water system insertion valves.
B. RES-2020-77 A Resolution to Request to Purchase a 2020 Ford Utility Police Interceptor AWD Vehicle
This resolution would allow for the purchase of one patrol vehicle that is scheduled for replacement in 2021. The new vehicle would replace Unit 75, which had more than 115,000 miles and sustained damage that “totaled” the vehicle. The vehicle that would be purchased is equipped with features that the Woodridge Police Department usually orders and costs $32,915. The price of the 2020 Ford SUV will be favorable to the Vehicle and Equipment Replacement Program (VERP) once the IRMA insurance settlement is applied.
