A. Public comment is limited to three minutes per person, at the beginning of the meeting. Any comment on Zoning items must be limited to discussion of testimony and/or evidence presented in the Zoning Board of Appeals. No new testimony or evidence can be presented.

A. DC-O-0054-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-022 – Gallian: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to deny the following zoning relief: Variation to reduce the side yard setback from 10’ to approximately 1’6” to allow for a new shed.(Milton/ District 4) (Generally located southeast of North Avenue and Goodrich Avenue, east of Goodrich Avenue on 2nd Street) ZHO Recommendation to Deny

B. DC-O-0055-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-029 –Layton: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to allow an existing shed to remain closer than the required 3 feet from the side property line (approx. 1 foot) where it has existed for more than five years. (Bloomingdale/ District 4) (Generally located southeast of Bloomingdale Road and Fullerton Avenue, located south of Belden Avenue on the west side of Bernice Avenue) ZHO Recommendation to Approve

C. DC-O-0056-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-031 – Lindner: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: 1. Variation to increase the height of a proposed fence from 6’6” to approximately 8’. 2. Variation to reduce the line of sight/ vision clearance on a corner from 25’ to approximately 15’ and to increase the height of a fence within the required line of sight/ vision clearance on a corner from 3’ to approximately 8’. (Milton/ District 4) (Located at the northeast corner of County Farm Road and Harrison Avenue) ZHO Recommendation to Approve

D. DC-O-0057-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-037 –Lehner: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to increase the size of detached accessory buildings from 708 sq. ft. to approximately 1,280 sq. ft.(Downers Grove S/ District 3) (Generally located southwest of I-55 and Lemont Road, at the southwest corner of Frontage Road and Barrett Street) ZHO Recommendation to Approve

E. DC-O-0062-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-036 – Brauer: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Rezoning from O-Office to R-1 Single Family Residence. (Winfield/ District 6) (Generally located northeast of Roosevelt Road and Garys Mill Road, at the northwest corner of Garys Mill Road and Morningside Avenue) ZHO Recommendation to Approve

F. DC-O-0058-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-038 –McGovern: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to allow an existing shed to remain less than 30 ft from corner side property line (approximately 3.4 ft.), where the shed has existed for at least 5 years. (Milton/ District 4) (Located at the northwest corner of Lambert Road and Woodcroft Drive) ZHO Recommendation to Approve

G. DC-O-0059-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-039 –Gillette: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to allow an existing shed to remain less than 30 ft. from corner side property line (approximately 5.95 ft), where it has existed for at least 5 years. (Milton/ District 4) (Generally located northwest of Park Boulevard and Sycamore Drive, at the northeast corner of Sycamore Drive and Mulberry Lane) ZHO Recommendation to Approve

H. DC-O-0060-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-040 –Streu: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to allow an existing shed to remain less than 10 feet from interior side property line (approximately 1.2 feet) where the shed has existed for at least 5 years. (Wayne/ District 6) (Generally located northwest of Morton Road and Timber Lane on Sycamore Street) ZHO Recommendation to Approve

I. DC-O-0061-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-044 –Webber: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Variation to reduce the interior side setback for an attached garage from 10 feet to approximately 3 feet. (Milton/ District 4) (Generally located southeast of Gary Avenue and Thomas Road, located on the west side of Ellis Avenue, south of Thomas Road. ZHO Recommendation to Approve

J. DC-O-0063-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-054 – Grubic: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Variation to allow a proposed detached garage to be located in front of the front wall of the house. (Downers Grove N/ District 3) (Generally located southwest of Route 83 and Central Avenue, south of Circle Avenue and on the west side of Village Road.) ZHO Recommendation to Approve
