Conditional Use to allow an existing shed to remain less than 3 feet from interior side property line (approximately 1 foot), where the shed has existed for at least 5 years.

Conditional Use to allow an existing shed to remain less than 10 feet from side yard (approximately 1 foot), where the shed has existed for more than 5 years
