10. GENERAL RESOLUTIONS
A. DT-R-0395-20 RESOLUTION -- Resolution, as amended and passed through Transportation Committee, for the Sale of Surplus Property; Shetland Court (Aurora, Illinois) Part of P.I.N. 07-07-200-012.
Following discussion, the Committee requested the resolution be amended to incorporate language that prior to a realtor being hired to sell subject property, the Division of Transportation send notice of its intent to sell the county owned subject property to each of the three (3) adjacent residential property owners, offering to sell subject property to any of them as long as the selling price is not below the appraised value. Resolution was approved as amended.

14. NEW BUSINESS Director Snyder advised the Committee that the DOT FY21 Budget Presentation will be held at the August 4, 2020 Transportation Committee meeting.
Director Snyder informed the Committee that motor fuel tax and local gas tax receipts are one to two months in arrears. The impact of the COVID 19 pandemic cannot readily be ascertained from just a single month of allotments. At the August Budget presentation, additional details on the revenue trends and projections for 2021 will be provided.
