Roselle (Cook County) home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Roselle in Cook County rose by $57,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,750 - a 32.3% increase over the $179,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Roselle in June 2019.
