Du Page County Zoning Board will meet on Tuesday, July 28.

Z19-090 Bartsch, Bloomingdale - Continued from July 7, 2020 ZHO:

1. Variation to reduce lot size from required 40,000 sq. ft. to 34,590 sq. ft. for Lot 1 and 23,568 sq. ft. for Lot 2.

2. Variation to reduce lot width from required 125' to approximately 100' average for Lot 2.

Z20-022 Gallian, Milton - Continued from July 7, 2020 ZHO:

Variation to reduce the side yard setback from 10’ to approximately 1’6” to allow for a new shed.

Z20-029 Layton, Bloomingdale - Continued from July 8, 2020 ZHO:

Conditional Use to allow an existing shed to remain closer than the required 3 feet from the side property line (approx. 1 foot) where it has existed for more than five years.

Z20-037 Lehner, Downers Grove - Conditional Use to increase the size of detached accessory buildings from 708 sq. ft. to approximately 1,280 sq. ft.

Z20-039 Gillette, Milton - Conditional Use to allow an existing shed to remain less than 30 ft. from corner side property line (approximately 5.95 ft), where it has existed for at least 5 years.

Z20-040 Streu, Wayne - Conditional Use to allow an existing shed to remain less than 10 feet from interior side property line (approximately 1.2 feet) where the shed has existed for at least 5 years.

Z20-044 Webber, Milton - Variation to reduce the interior side setback for an attached garage from 10 feet to approximately 3 feet.
