DC-O-0036-20 ORDINANCE -- Z19-076 – ORDINANCE – Vargas: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to deny the following zoning relief: Variation to reduce interior side yard setback from 10 feet to approximately 4 feet for a carport. (Winfield/ District 6) (Generally located east of Prince Crossing Road, northeast of High Lake Road and High Lake Avenue) ZHO Recommendation to Deny
B. DC-O-0037-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-004 – ORDINANCE – Zappen: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief:
1. Conditional Use to park a recreational vehicle (RV) on the west edge of property which borders Route 83 and to be able to park in front of the front wall of the principal building.
2. Conditional Use to allow a recreational vehicle (RV) to be parked approximately 9 feet from corner side property line. (Addison/ District 1) (Located at the northeast corner of Route 83 and Red Oak Street) ZHO Recommendation to Approve
C. DC-O-0038-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-010 – ORDINANCE – Alarcon: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: 1. Variation to reduce the corner side yard setback from 30’ to approximately 7’ to allow the construction of a new second floor above existing first floor, where first floor is already located at 7’ from property line. 2. Variation to reduce front yard setback from 30’ to approximately 24’ to allow a 6’ covered open front porch. D. DC-O-0039-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-013 – ORDINANCE- Mendoza: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to deny the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to allow the existing 2 sheds to remain closer to the required 10’ side yard setback (approximately 3.5’ and 6.5’), where the sheds have existed for at least 5 years. E. DC-O-0040-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-017 – ORDINANCE – Mehta: The Zoning Hearing Officer (ZHO) recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to increase the total area of an existing detached garage from permitted 708 sq. ft. to approximately 918 sq. ft, where the detached garage has existed for at least 5 years.
