SM-R-0394-20 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for the approval to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and the Village of Glendale Heights for the FY2020 Water Quality Improvement Program Grant for the Klein Creek Stream Restoration Project, for an agreement not to exceed $90,000.
C. SM-R-0404-20 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for the approval to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and the Village of Oak Brook for the FY2020 Water Quality Improvement Program Grant for the Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Club Shoreline Stabilization Project, for an agreement not to exceed $40,000.00.
D. SM-R-0396-20 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for the approval to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and the City of Wood Dale for the FY2020 for ward 2 and 3 stormwater improvements – Prospect and Potter St. Project for an agreement not to exceed $90,000.
E. SM-R-0397-20 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for the approval to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and the Village of Carol Stream for the FY2020 Water Quality Improvement Program Grant for the Kehoe Boulevard Streambank Stabilization Project, for an agreement not to exceed $85,000.
F. 2020-133 Recommendation for approval of a contract issued to Hey and Associates, Inc. for engineering and environmental services for the development of a streambank stabilization project template. The contract term is July 14, 2020 through Nov. 30, 2020 for a contract not to exceed $23,880.00. This Professional Services contract is in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/ et. seq. Vetted Through a qualification based selection process (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors).
G. SM-R-0398-20 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for Acceptance of a Temporary Construction Easement -Ryan- $1.00. This Easement is Part of the Country Club Highlands Drainage Improvement Project located in Addison Creek Watershed
H. Amendment -- Authorization to approve an amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and Lisle Township Road District for the Bridlespur Drive and Columbine Avenue Drainage Improvement Projects, with no change to the contract amount.
I. Amendment -- Recommendation to Approve: Modification Three to Interdepartmental Memorandum of Understanding For Project CDBG-DR-01 – Strategic Buyouts – Between the County of DuPage and the Stormwater Department
