Z19-010 Hernandez Addison Variation to allow a 6-foot-high/ 100% solid fence within the first 30 feet/ front yard (west side of property).
Z19-090 Bartsch Bloomingdale 1. Variation to reduce lot size from required 40,000 sq. ft. to 34,590 sq. ft. for Lot 1 and 23,568 sq. ft. for Lot 2.
2. Variation to reduce lot width from required 125' to approximately 100' average for Lot 2.
Z20-015 Saldana Addison Conditional Use to increase the area for detached accessory buildings (existing shed 120 sq. ft. and proposed detached garage 638 sq. ft), from permitted 650 sq. ft. to approximately 758 sq. ft.
Z20-022 Gallian Milton Continued from July 2nd ZHO Variation to reduce the side yard setback from 10 feet to approximately 1.6 feet to allow for a new shed.
Z20-025 Redpath Lisle 1. Conditional Use to permit detached accessory buildings having a gross floor area exceeding the maximum accessory building floor area as permitted in the R-1 District, from 1,508 sq. ft. to approximately 3,210 sq. ft.
2. Variation from the 20’ side yard setback requirement to permit the construction of a detached accessory building (proposed pool house) that is approximately 17’ 2.5” from the side yard lot line
3. Variation to exceed the height for a detached accessory building in the R-1 zoning district from 24’ to approximately 25’.
