1. CALL TO ORDER

11:15 AM meeting was called to order by District 6 Sheila Rutledge at 11:25 AM.

ABSENT: Chaplin, Ozog

Staff Present: Mary Keating, Community Services Director; David McDermott, Community Development Administrator; Christine Pedersen, Senior Accountant/Community Services Manager; Julie Hamlin, Community Development Manager; Elizabeth Dunn, Senior Community Development Specialist; Community Development Specialist; Tom Schwertman, Community Development Specialist; and Hayley Woodbridge, Planner.

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

A. Home Advisory Group - Regular Meeting - Mar 3, 2020 11:00 AM

There was no discussion.

On a Voice Vote, the Minutes of March 3, 2020, were approved.

A. Action Item -- Recommendation for Approval of the 2nd Revision to the Citizen Participation Plan Policy.

Action Item -- Recommendation for Approval of the Substantial Amendment 2 to the 2018 Action Plan Element of the 2015-2019 DuPage County Consolidated Plan, Revising Previously Allocated HOME Investment Partnerships Act (HOME) Funds to be used for COVID-19 Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Response Program.

Rutledge asked for a motion to combine and approve Agenda Items 7.B. and 7.C.

Selmon made the Motion, seconded by Renehan, to combine and approve Agenda Items 7.B. and 7.C.

There was no discussion.

Renehan made the Motion, seconded by Heniff, to approve Agenda Items 7.B. and 7.C.

On a Voice Vote, all Ayes, the motion passed.
