John Miller donates $1,000 to Jim Durkin's election campaign

John Miller donated $1,000 to Republican Jim Durkin's election campaign committee, Citizens for Durkin, on Nov. 30, 2019, according to records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
