2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60139?

There were 15 offenders released on parole during 2019 that live near Illinois zip code 60139, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by DuPage Policy Journal.

The data shows that 13 men and two women were released in Glendale Heights zip code. The median age of the parolees was 33. The youngest parolee was a 21-year-old man convicted of a crime against a person in 2019, and the oldest was a 54-year-old man convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2019.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Andre Brown. He was convicted of homicide in 1999, when he was 26 years old. He is now 47.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
