Q3 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60540?

There was one offender released on parole during 2019 that lives in Naperville zip code 60540, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by DuPage Policy Journal.

The data shows that the released offender was Alante K. Samuel. He was convicted of a crime against a person in 2018, when he was 25. He is now 27.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
