9:30 AM meeting was called to order by Chair Sam Tornatore at 9:34 AM.

5. CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS - CHAIR TORNATORE
Chairman Tornatore reminded members of the Springfield drive down on March 25, 2020. As of today, there are 11 members and Chairman Cronin attending. Sheryl Markay informed the committee of a few meetings with Legislators and a possible time table.
6. BILL LIST
A. Action Item -- Springfield Bill List 03-10-20
Chairman Tornatore introduced Sheryl Markay to give a brief description of the bills being supported. Election precinct numbers and polling places sparked discussion for available options including vote by mail and expanded precincts. Lead poisoning in garden hoses and modest sport uniforms were introduced.
After brief discussion, Ms. Markay talked about the bills being monitored and opposed.
The committee concurred that the two bills being monitored, HB 4235 and HB 4598 are to be moved to oppose. It was also decided that the committee should meet one more time before the drive down.
