A. 2020-44 Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and Donnelly & Associates, Inc., to provide professional on-call elevator consulting services, for Facilities Management, for the period February 18, 2020 through June 30, 2021, for a total contract amount not to exceed $24,000. Other Professional Service not subject to competitive bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(a). Vendor selected pursuant to DuPage County Code Section 2-300.4-108 (1) (b).

A. 2020-46 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Knox Swan and Dog, LLC for Geese Control for the DuPage County campus, for Facilities Management, for the two (2) year period March 1, 2020 through February 28, 2022, for a total contract amount not to exceed $14,400, per lowest responsible bid #19-169-FM.

FM-P-0057-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Atlas Copco Compressors, LLC, for preventive maintenance, service and repair parts as needed for two compressed air rotary compressors, for Facilities Management, for the two year period April 25, 2020 through April 24, 2022, for a total contract amount not to exceed $44,210, per renewal option under bid award#18-083-GV, final option to renew.

B. FM-P-0058-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to EOLA Power LLC, to provide uninterrupted power supply (UPS) preventive maintenance and on-call emergency repair service as needed, for Facilities Management and the Emergency Telephone System Board (ETSB), for the period April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021; $16,080 for Facilities Management and $25,135 for ETSB, for a total contract amount not to exceed $41,215, per renewal option under bid award #19-002-FM, first option to renew.

C. 2020-47 Recommendation for the approval of a contract with Kemira Water Solutions, Inc., to furnish and deliver liquid ferric chloride for the Knollwood Wastewater Treatment Facility for the period of April 1, 2020 through June 4, 2020, for a total contract amount not to exceed $17,700 per renewal option under bid award #19-030-PW, first of three possible renewals.

D. PW-P-0059-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Univar USA, Inc. to provide sodium bisulfite at the Woodridge and Knollwood facilities, for Public Works, for the period April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021, for a contract total amount not to exceed $40,000.00, per renewal option under bid award #18-031-JM, second of three possible renewals

13. TRAVEL

A. Authorization for Overnight Travel -- Approval is requested for one (1) Public Works staff member to attend Cityworks training from April 13th-16th, 2020 in West Bend, Wisconsin. This training course covers the installation, configuration and implementation of Cityworks, as well as basic functionality of the service interface (i.e. service requests, work orders, inspections), for a total amount not to exceed $2,930.26

14. PRESENTATION

A. DuPage County Historical Museum Update - Michael Benard, Executive

Director/Wheaton Park District

Michael Benard Executive Director of Wheaton Park District addressed the committee regarding the DuPage County Historical Museum. Mr. Benard gave an overview of the museums budget, expenditures, and monies received through outside funding. Mr. Benard is requesting an increase of 3% moving forward, along with increasing the annual payment from $130,000 to $150,000 to be used per the IGA between DuPage County and the Wheaton Park District.
