A. Technology Committee - Regular Meeting - Tuesday January 28th, 2020

6. BUDGET TRANSFERS

A. Budget Transfers -- Budget adjustment total of $200,000 from 1000-1110-53410 (Rental of Machinery & Equipment) to 1000-1110-53800 (Printing), to cover the cost of copy center services, which was inadvertently budgeted to the incorrect account.

B. Budget Transfers -- Budget adjustment total of $21,140 from 1100-2900-53828 (Contingencies) ; $17,149 to 1100-2900-50000 (Regular Salaries), $3,419 to 1100-2900- 51010 (Employer Share I.M.R.F.), $559 to 1100-2900-51040 (Employee Medical & Hospital Insurance), and $13 to 1100-2900-53500 (Mileage), to cover salaries, retirement costs, insurance, and employee mileage reimbursement for GIS conference, to close out FY19.

7. PROCUREMENT REQUISITIONS

A. TE-P-0052-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Sergeant Laboratories, Inc., for the purchase of Aristotle Insight Network appliance, configuration, and testing, for the period of February 17, 2020 through February 16, 2021, for Information Technology, for a contract total of $47,123.75, in compliance with 30 ILCS 525/2 "Governmental Joint Purchasing Act" - Government Services Administration Schedule 70 Contract 47QTCA18D00DN.
