Naperville (DuPage County) home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $51,500 while total sales increased by 125.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 176 homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,000 - a 17.3% increase over the $297,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Naperville in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Naperville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $7,731, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
