C. Stormwater - Zay
1. SM-P-0051-20 Recommendation to enter into an Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd., for Professional Engineering Services for hydraulic modeling and floodplain mapping services, for Stormwater Management. This contract covers the period through August 31, 2021, for a contract total not to exceed $95,000.00. Professional Services in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/ et. seq. vetted through a qualification based selection process (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors).
D. Technology - Hart (Contingent Upon Parent Committee Approval)
1. TE-CO-0004-20 Amendment to Contract Purchase Order 4150-0001-SERV, issued to Carahsoft Technology Corporation for the annual support and hosting for Agenda Meeting Management System and Civic Streaming, for Information Technology, to increase the encumbrance $17,858.90 to add civic and high definition streaming, resulting in a new contract total amount of $41,645.13, an increase of 75.08%. In June 2019, the County switched from Carahsoft to Granicus for streaming with closed captioning. The closed captioning component was unsuccessful and Granicus issued a full refund. The county now needs to switch back to Carahsoft for regular and HD streaming, which is a lower cost than Granicus.
2. TE-P-0052-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Sergeant Laboratories, Inc., for the purchase of Aristotle Insight Network appliance, configuration, and testing, for the period of February 17, 2020 through February 16, 2021, for Information Technology, for a contract total of $47,123.75, in compliance with 30 ILCS 525/2 "Governmental Joint Purchasing Act" - Government Services Administration Schedule 70 Contract 47QTCA18D00DN.
3. TE-P-0053-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI), to provide maintenance and technical support for the County's enterprise GIS software, for Information Technology, GIS Division. This contract covers the period of March 9, 2020 through March 8, 2021, for a contract total amount of $109,159. Exempt from bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 "Competitive Bids" (c) not suitable for competitive bids - Sole Source. This product and service is only available from the provider, ESRI, Inc.
