9. BUDGET TRANSFERS
A. Budget Transfers -- Budget adjustment needed for employee salary adjustment completed and related overhead costs. Stormwater GIS has been able to utilize in-house staff to reduce costs associated with the GIS and floodplain mapping program.
B. Budget Transfers -- Stormwater requests a Budget Transfer of $6,370.00 from 52000 (Equip, Machinery: small value), $3,790.00 from 52200 (Operating Supplies & Materials), and $7,131.00 from 52260 (Fuel & Lubricant) as they were necessary purchased made as the Shared Services Program expanded since the FY19 Budget was prepared. The majority of these additional costs were reimbursed from other agencies. Additionally, $930.00 is needed for the 52220 for wearing apparel, as these were necessary expenses for safety gear for new employees.
C. Budget Transfers -- Budget adjustment request of $4,822.00 into 50010 for employee overtime for snow plowing assistance in FY19, this has been reimbursed by DuDOT. An additional budget transfer is requested into $207, 928.00 Employee Benefits, for employee retirement payout. This was anticipated and included in the Department’s 5-yr planning document.
D. Budget Transfers -- Budget Transfer is needed to cover approved grant funding for Triangle Park Restoration. This grant comes from the BMP-fee-in-lieu account set up under Stormwater Ordinance specifically for use for post construction water quality BMPs.
E. Budget Transfers -- Budget Transfer is needed to cover Danada Wetland Mitigation funding from 1600-3142-53010 (Engineering) to 1600-3142-54060 (Capital Outlay) for the Danada Wetland Bank. This funding comes from the Danada Wetland Mitigation fund account set up under the Stormwater Ordinance specifically for use for Danada Wetland Mitigation. The increase expenditure in Capital Outlay was not anticipated at the time FY19 budget was prepared.

A. SM-P-0051-20 Recommendation to enter into an Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd., for Professional Engineering Services for hydraulic modeling and floodplain mapping services, for Stormwater Management. This contract covers the period through August 31, 2021, for a contract total not to exceed $95,000.00. Professional Services in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/ et. seq. vetted through a qualification based selection process (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors).
B. SM-R-0057-20 RESOLUTION -- Authorizing an Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement providing for the removal certain radioactive wastes originating from a rare earths facility located in the City of West Chicago, DuPage County, Illinois and change in local communities representative. (EN-0009B-02)
