Recommended Motion: I move to approve Ordinance No. 2019-39: AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, WITH EXCEPTIONS, REZONING FOR A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY, A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR A DAYCARE FACILITY AND APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN AND PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION FOR THE PROPERTY AT 247 E. LAKE STREET; (KIDDIE ACADEMY) and to waive the reading thereof and the second consideration.
