City of Wood Dale Community Development Commission met Sept. 30.

Meeting Date: September 30, 2019
Present: Richard Petersen, Dave Shimanek, George Vant, Dave Woods, Rick St. Marie, Brad Karich
Absent: Ron Damasco
Also Present: Gosia Pociecha, Attorney Mary Dickson, Ald. E. Wesley, Ed Cage, Kevin Mahoney, Brian Johnson, Darcie Fankhauser, and approximately 90 people in attendance.
Meeting Convened at: 7:00 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Karich called the meeting to order. Roll call was taken and a quorum was present. Stating that the number of individuals in attendance exceeded Fire District regulations regarding occupancy limits in the second floor meeting room of City Hall, Chairman Karich announced that the Public Hearing under Case No. 2019-CDC-11 was, therefore, cancelled. The Hearing will be continued until the next regularly scheduled CDC meeting on October 21 or if another Special Call would be determined. New notices will be published and posted on site.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Karich motioned to adjourn the meeting; the motion was seconded by Mr. Vant and was unanimously approved via voice vote. The meeting adjourned at 7:16 P.M.
