City of Wheaton issued the following announcement on Sept. 13.
The intersection of Manchester Road & Hazelton Avenue will be closed this Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019, and again on Monday, Sept. 16, 2019, while crews are installing new water main. Hazelton will be converted to two-way traffic for resident access during the day while construction is active.
The road will resume as one-way at the end of each day.
