Naperville (DuPage County) home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Naperville in DuPage County fell by $5,607 while total sales decreased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 536 homes sold, with a median sale price of $344,643 - a 1.6% decrease over the $350,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 622 homes sold in Naperville in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Naperville for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $7,528, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
