c) Approval to award contract Bid #19-7-2 for the replacement of light fixtures in the Fleet Services and Public Works garages to JDR Industries of Logan, UT in the not-to-exceed amount of $8,615.00; funding from account #100.2510-4180

d) Approval to accept the proposal for the installation of a new 3,000 amp, 480 volt electrical service upgrade at the North Wastewater Facility from Homestead Electrical Contracting of Ingleside, IL in the not-to-exceed amount of $189,879.00; funding from account #500.5032-4299

a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN

PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE ADDISON VILLAGE CODE REGARDING WATER AND SEWER/WASTEWATER SERVICE

At their meeting on August 19th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends certain provisions of Chapter 20 of the Addison Village Code regarding water and sewer/wastewater service. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the August 19th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

b) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT FOR THE PROPERTY AT 17W432 RED OAK STREET

At their meeting on August 26th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a pre-annexation agreement for the property at 17W432 Red Oak Street. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

c) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE PROPERTY AT 17W432 RED OAK STREET TO THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON

At their meeting on August 26th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which annexes the property at 17W432 Red Oak Street to the Village of Addison. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

d) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE PROPERTY

AT 17W432 RED OAK STREET TO R2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE

At their meeting on August 26th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which rezones the property at 17W432 Red Oak Street to R2 Single Family Residence. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

e) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PRE-

ANNEXATION AGREEMENT FOR THE PROPERTY AT 17W510 WRIGHTWOOD AVENUE

At their meeting on August 26th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a pre-annexation agreement for the property at 17W510 Wrightwood Avenue. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

f) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF

THE VILLAGE CODE TO MODIFY THE NUMBER OF CLASS “B” AND CLASS “DB” LIQUOR LICENSES DUE TO THE CLOSING OF ADDISON LIQUORS AND ALTA VILLA BANQUETS

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends Chapter 3 of the Village Code to modify the number of Class “B” and Class “DB” liquor licenses due to the closing of Addison Liquors and Alta Villa Banquets. The Committee recommended approval and waiver of second reading has been requested by Staff. The Attorney is asked to read the Ordinance.
