Elmhurst Park District issued the following announcement on July 26.
HVAC roof top units at Wagner Community Center are scheduled to be replaced the week of August 19.
On Tuesday, August 20, contractors will be bringing a crane to remove the current units and set the three new units on the roof. The crane will be located in front of the building, blocking the front entrance, which will not be accessible during this time.
The registration desk will be closed until Noon on Tuesday, August 20.
After August 20, regular hours at Wagner Community Center will resume. The work is expected to wrap up by Thursday, August 22.
