      c) Approval of the proposal for consulting engineering services for repairs to the Meier’s Farm drainage basin from ESI Consultants Ltd. of Naperville, IL in the amount of $20,359.80; funding from account #500.5031-4110, RFP #19-5-2

      d) Approval of recommendation to accept Bid #19-6-1 for the replacement of three (3) skylights at the Diversey Avenue Pump Station from Nelson Sash Systems Inc. of Alsip, IL in the not-to-exceed amount of $24,725.00; funding from account #500.5031-4299

      e) Approval to award contract Bid #19-6-2 for the Westwood Creek Dredging Project to Copenhaver Construction Inc. of Gilberts, IL in the not-to-exceed amount of $418,000.00; funding from account #500.5031-4180

8. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

      a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATION FOR CORPORATE PURPOSES FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE FIRST DAY OF MAY 2019, AND ENDING ON THE THIRTIETH DAY OF APRIL 2020; FOR THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON, DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS

At their meeting on July 1st, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which makes an appropriation for corporate purposes for the current fiscal year commencing on the first day of May 2019, and ending on the thirtieth day of April 2020. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the July 1st Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

      b) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON

At their meeting on July 1st, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which authorizes the disposal of surplus property owned by the Village. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the July 1st Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

      c) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE LATEST VERSION OF THE FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAPS AND CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE AMENDED COUNTYWIDE STORMWATER AND FLOODPLAIN ORDINANCE

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which adopts the latest version of the Flood Insurance Rate Maps and certain provisions of the amended countywide Stormwater and Floodplain Ordinance. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

      d) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING GRANTS OF EASEMENTS FOR THE MEIER’S FARM DETENTION BASIN RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves grants of easements for the Meier’s Farm Detention Basin Reconstruction Project. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.
