2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60561?

There were five offenders released on parole during 2018 that live near Illinois zip code 60561, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by DuPage Policy Journal.

The data shows that the five released offenders living in the Darien zip code were men. The median age of the parolees was 29. The youngest parolee was a 24-year-old man convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2018, and the oldest was a 31-year-old man convicted of a crime involving one or more weapons in 2016.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Johnathan Williams. He was convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2014, when he was 27 years old. He is now 31.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
