The data shows that the seven released offenders living in the Willowbrook zip code were men. The median age of the parolees was 37. The youngest parolee was a 25-year-old man convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2015, and the oldest was a 46-year-old man convicted of a property crime in 2018.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Karlos Leath. He was convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2014, when he was 32 years old. He is now 38.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
